AE Boatlifts sells and installs used boat lifts with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of installation. This warranty applies only to used lifts purchased directly from AE Boatlifts and covers basic functionality during that period.

If AE Boatlifts is installing a used lift supplied by the owner, no warranty is provided on the parts or the installation beyond the successful completion of the initial lift cycle.

Any implied or assumed warranties are expressly excluded and do not apply.

 Please note: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
